Contest Rules: Escape to Charlevoix with Grisport

Eligibility

• This contest is open only to Canadian residents aged 18 and over.

• This contest has no purchase obligation.

• Participation is free and can be canceled at any time.

• The contest is not open to employees, officers, and directors of Grisport Canada, its partners, suppliers, representatives, agents, or advertising and promotion agencies, nor to their immediate family members or anyone living with them.

Entry

• The Escape to Charlevoix with Grisport contest runs from October 4th to October 27, 2024.

• Anyone interested in participating in the contest must fill out and submit ONE contest form electronically on the website grisport.ca, on the contest page, by October 27 at 11:59 PM.

Prize Description

• Prize: 2-NIGHT PACKAGE at Nordika Charlevoix and 2 pairs of Grisport Canada shoes or boots. Total value of around $1,500.

Prize Attribution and Draw

• Grisport Canada is the organizer of the Escape to Charlevoix with Grisport contest and is solely responsible for the draw, which is conducted through a rigorous process and supervised by an internal committee.

• The prize must be accepted as awarded and described in the contest rules. It is not transferable, substitutable for another prize, or exchangeable, in whole or in part, for cash or other goods. Grisport Canada reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if the original prize cannot be awarded as planned.

• All expenses not specifically described in the official contest rules are the responsibility of the winners.

• The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received during the contest period.

• The prize will be awarded as follows:

  • The prize will be drawn from all duly registered Canadian participants. The potential winner will be contacted by email and phone starting October 29, 2024. If the potential winner cannot be reached after 2 attempts, one per day, and no response is received within 48 hours, they will forfeit the prize. In such a case, the next potential winner on the list will be contacted.

Winner's Obligations

• The winner's name will be posted on grisport.ca and its social media (Facebook and Instagram).

• The winner must consent, if required and without compensation, to have their name, voice, city and region of residence, and/or any statements related to winning the prize used by the organizers of the Escape to Charlevoix with Grisport contest and their partners for communication and publicity purposes.

Authority and Responsibilities

• Grisport Canada has FINAL AUTHORITY on judging and deciding on participant registration, evaluating potential winners' eligibility, and awarding prizes.

• Subject to the application of the Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines, any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling.

• Grisport Canada, its employees and consultants, as well as the organizers, partners, and sponsors, are NOT LIABLE for any accident, loss, theft, or other problem or expense directly or indirectly related to the acquisition or use of a prize.

• Refusal to accept a prize releases Grisport Canada from any obligation related to that prize, including its delivery.

• Grisport Canada and its agents are not responsible for technical, mechanical, computer, telephone, telecommunications, distribution, or production errors and may cancel or withdraw the contest in the event of such errors, without obligation and without notice, at their sole discretion, subject to authorization from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

• Grisport Canada is not responsible for damage to a user's computer system as a result of their participation in the contest or the downloading of information necessary for participation.
